THE STATUS QUO OF HALF ASSINI DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION(HADA)-ITALY BRANCH

  • Fellow members of this august association greetings to you.all,we thank God /Allah for how far he has brought us as Half Assini Development Association(HADA)-Italy Branch.
     Under Article.36 et seq. the civil Code,there is a friendship association.Half assini Development Association  was formed on June,2008 by only hand full of native and non native of half assini base in italy, after several attempt to formed it in the previous years failed.It was formed in the house of Mr Anliman Joseph.via Donizetti 11/ b -37050.Vallese,Verona Italy at 7:05pm exactly.


     --They stated their purpose as;

     "THE ASSOCIATION IS NON-PROFIT SET UP TO HELP DEVELOP AND LIFT THE IMAGE OF HALF ASSINI AND HELP IT MEMBERS TO ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS AND WORK IN HAND WITH OTHER ASSOCIATION WITH ONE COMMON INTEREST. ADVENTUROUS TO PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF PEOPLES OF HALF ASSINI AND IT MEMBERS,AS WELL AS TO MAINTAIN UNITY AND SOLIDARITY AMONG OUR PEOPLE.ENSURE ON ESTABLISHING ACCOUNTABLE AND A VIBRANT ASSOCIATION TO LIFT OUR HERITAGE AND PROJECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF HALF ASSINI.HELP SOLVE THE EDUCATIONAL,AGRICULTURE AND GOOD DRINKING WATER  PROBLEMS OF HALF ASSINI.DETERMINED TO HELP RAISE OUR PEOPLE TO THE HIGHEST LEVEL,THE MORAL,CULTURAL,SPIRITUAL AND INTELLECTUAL STANDARDS OF THE PEOPLE OF HALF ASSINI. DEVOID OF ALL POLITICAL AND RELIGIOUS AFFILIATIONS."

      The association later grew in numbers and there is  a need to have executives to run the affairs of it existance.

     the following members were elected into office;

    4.Ms Gladys Alloua Teba Assuah----Financial secretary

    5.Mr Theophilus Evis Adeabah------PRO/Porter

    6.Mr Nicholas Cobbina -----------Event Organizer

     Since the founding of HADA-Italy there has being many general monthly meeting to discuss the future of the association and Half Assini township from it inception it include;

     a//Constitution;

    Constitution has being draft and comfirm by registered  members of the association and it finally working with us.

     b//Registration;

      The association has being well registered as non profitable association under the laws of italian government and have been issue with a certificate to backup any activities of the association.Discusions is ongoing  to when  to LAUNCH the association in ground style to the general public.
     
  • c//Emblem;

    Coconut tree:signifying occupation of the people(farming) and

    The ship of S.S.BAKANA;the flooded ship at the shore Half Assini,historic event in the history books of Half Assini land,were comfirm by members as the emblem for the association.

     d//Motto/Slogan;

    Together we build,Together we succeed

     e//Dues;

    monthly contribution is require of every registered member,it is subjected to reviewed periodically by the executives, non refunded in case of renounce of membership.

     f//Membership;

    The registration as a member or sympathizer is premitted only to those of 18yrs and above.Native and non natives of Half Assini can join the association.Every registered member is issued with membership card.Any person within italy(not only in verona) willing to join is always welcome.

     g//Bank account;

    An account has being opening in the name of the association where all contributions are kept.

     h//Hada-italy Website;

    facebook account has being opened and there is the need for HADA-Italy to have it own website in additional to facebook, is also necessary and concern have being raised at general meeting ,it have been discuss and yet to come out with final decision.mean while OFFICIAL BLOG-PAGE: hppt://hadaitalybranch.blogspot.com/ have been open.

  • i//Benefit/Achievement;

     many of the registered members have benefit from the association in kinds(from cash,physical help and many more in accordance with the by-law of the association) and sponsoring some student at SSS level. discussion are on going to launch project at Half Assini very soon.
  • J//Events;

     General monthly meetings has been the custom of the association.An annual end of year party is organize every year, invitation extend to members,friends,native/non natives of Assini,other sisters associations within Italy,and general public.

     On  behalf of the executives,we want to express our heart felt gratitude and thanks to our president and the entire executive body for taken the time to serve and see the HADA-Italy through this period.we can not forget our dear honest members for their support and contribution to see HADA-Italy to this far to possibility.Now HADA-ITALY can talk of warmly handful card holders in this short time.we say thank you all !!!!!
